Day Cummins Architects commissioned this design and build work following serious flooding. Felling and pruning of unstable riverbank trees and replanting has reduced the future flood risk. Silt deposits of up to 60cm deep were removed from the sports fields which were re-levelled and restored to suitable playing standards.
