Working with the Derwent Forest DC, Story Homes and the Woodland Trust our work has involved Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment, Concept Masterplan development and detailed design. Construction of eco homes is now underway and longer term there are plans for tourist attractions, the UK’s first permanent festival site, an eco-hotel and green energy including a solar park, biomass, geothermal energy, anaerobic digestion, hydro power and small-scale wind power linked to battery storage.
